Abstract: Variation in three different clones of the invasive sperm-dependent, cyprinid fish Carassius gibelio were examined in Lake Pamvotis (north-west Greece). Differences between the clones were found in their proportion in the population, in their age structure, in the time of arrival to their spawning grounds and in the coefficients of the von Bertalanffy growth equation.
