Abstract: The article evaluates the migration of dendritic cells (DC) to regional lymph nodes in a vaccination trial. It evaluates the migration ability of immature DC, transiently DC and mature DC (mDC), and compared intradermal and subcutaneous administration. The article confirms the validity of therapeutic vaccination with mDC administered intradermally.
