Abstract
- The article focuses on the rally of the opposition activists headed by Georgian defense minister Irakly Okruashvili. The protest surges anew after Okruashvili delivered a speech in which he repeated all his charges against President Mikhail Saakashvili. He denied rumors that he has ties to oligarch Badri Patarkatsishvili. He explained the reason in retracting his allegations against the president while in jail.
