FITTING IN WOOD.

The article describes the architectural of wooden houses in Corsica, France which are designed by architects from Groupement d'Etudes Architecturales (GEA). In their response to landscape and climate, these buildings are undoubtedly very regional. The Ockrent house, in bleached wood, demonstrates GEA's increasingly flexible planning approach.
