Abstract: The article offers information regarding a study on the fattening factor of alcohol. The study published in the "Journal of Nutrition," has revealed that if taken moderately, the alcohol intake doesn't increase abdominal fat, against popular perception that drinking does make people fat. However , the same study suggested that excessive drinking might of drinkers.
