Abstract

The article discusses the incorporation of research approach into the developmental process of teachers. The relation between inexperienced teacher and old hands are seen as critical to the learning process. It examines the way in which two early career teachers adopted a researcher stance and redesigned their curriculum to facilitate communication with their concerned students. It suggests the development of teacher research in order to make a sustainable difference to students.
