Abstract
- The article discusses the case between Michael Jordan and Karla Knafel on the issue of extortion in the U.S. The appellate court affirmed the summary judgment in favor of Jordan regarding Knafel's attempt to extort $5 million and threatening to expose publicly their relationship. In addition, the court rejected Knafel's assertion of Jordan's paternity and found that Knafel's arguments on the chain of custody and authenticity were mere speculation and unsupported by any evidence.
