Abstract: The author focuses on the concept store opened by "Borders" books in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The author reports that the new store is a prototype for 13 others and contains a travel destination and digital center, as well as multiple computer stations where customers can make CDs, download music and books, publish their own work, and explore their family history.
