Abstract
- In this piece, the president and chief executive officer of the National Wildlife Federation discusses the activism of Taylor Francis. At the age of 15, Francis is the youngest presenter in the Climate Project, a program organized by Al Gore to broaden the reach of the environmentalist message on climate change that he delivered in the film "An Inconvenient Truth." In the summer of 2008, Francis will deliver this presentation in China, reaching out to students in Beijing and Shanghai. The author takes this effort as inspiration in his own work, and a sign that young people everywhere are trying to make a difference in the environmentalist effort.
