Abstract
- The article examines the circumstances surrounding the dismissal of Brenda Biesterfeld, a library assistant in the Tulare County Library, Visalia, California. Tulare County officials state that Biesterfeld was fired for business reasons, though Biesterfeld claims that she was let go for having called the police to report a library user she suspected of viewing child pornography on a library computer.
