Abstract

The article reports on a man who had a routine cardiac evaluation. It says that the patient has chosen a computed tomography (CT) angiogram (CTA) of the coronary arteries, revealing an anomalous right coronary artery (RCA) originating from the left coronary sinus and coursing between the aortic and main pulmonary artery. Accordingly, coronary artery anomalies appear in around 1% of patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.
