Abstract
- This article presents 20 facts about the summer solstice. It is reported that June 20 will be the longest day of 2008 for the Northern Hemisphere. Festivals at Stonehenge in England are held by modern-day druids. One to three billion years in the future the sun's heat will boil away the Earth's oceans.
