La ética, una herramienta importante para el desempeño empresarial.

Cuban companies, today involved in the process of enterprises improvements, require developing ethics behaviour standards and values according to the principles of the Revolution. That is why, it is important to develop programs pointed to the knowledge of basic subjects about enterprises ethics and at the same time the development of skills for the use of ethics code as tools of enterprises management. In this paper, it is showed an experience about teaching these subjects to heads and specialists of Ministry of Transport and its effectiveness in understanding their responsibility in applying in their companies an organizational culture based in personal values and ethics codes or behaviour standards in function of the values previously identified and communicated, which guide the behaviour of personnel in the organization.
