Abstract
- The article analyzes the effect of perioperative ketorolac on the incidence of pseudoarthrosis in postoperative adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) patients. It shows that ketorolac does not increase the incidence of developing a pseudoarthrosis when used as an adjunct for postoperative analgesia following for a posterior spinal fusion and instrumentation for AIS using segmental spinal instrumentation and iliac crest bone graft.
