Abstract
- This article outlines Goodby Silverstein and Partners co-chairmen Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein's plans for the agency. They plan to drop their co-creative director titles and turn over daily creative responsibilities to Steve Simpson, partner and director, and Paul Venables, creative director and associate partner. Goodby and Silverstein plans to focus more on strategy and long-term planning. They aim to serve as mentors to younger creatives and to get involved in the conceptual phase of the campaign development. INSET: West Coast shops look east to court Big Apple business.
