Abstract
- The article reports that Ingushetia President Murat Zyazikov has issued a decree dismissing all members of the government, including all heads of city and district administrations. Zyazikov's opponents believe that the shake-up was carried out to preempt action by the opposition. All the ministers dismissed will continue to perform their duties until a new government is formed.
