China Sweeps Factories For Underage Laborers.

The article deals with the issue of underage laborers in export-manufacturing factories in China. A newspaper based in Guangzhou province reported the existence of the child-worker network prompting Chinese authorities to inspect more than 3,600 factories employing about 450,000 people. More than 100 children are in custody as a result of the inspection and will be returned to their parents in the Liangshan district of Sichuan Province.
