Abstract

The article focuses on the difference between design-bid-build (D-B-B) and design-build (D-B) in commissioning processes. It explores the ways of handling equipment shop drawing and submittal reviews by commissioning professionals in both D-B and D-B-B projects. It also offers recommendations in managing with the projects.
