Law Review: Riverwalk Bridge Obscured Neighbors' View.

This article discusses a lawsuit filed by the condominium management company Center Townhouse Corp. v. City of Mishawaka, Indiana. Center Townhouse filed a complaint because the city planned to build a pedestrian bridge connecting two public parks that would obstruct their view of the river. The courts decision is discussed in terms of whether obstructing a waterfront property owner's view compromised the riparian rights attached to that property.
