Abstract

In this article we design triple-band parallel-coupled bandpass filters by using asymmetric parallel-coupled lines which have more degrees of freedom to satisfy the coupling rules in the triple bands. Stepped-impedance resonator is used with its controllable high-order resonance frequencies. Two examples of filters are presented, in which simulation and measurement results have good agreements. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
