Abstract
- The article discusses the aspects of the biography collections, one of the most notable genres in public libraries, in Canada. Biography collection is described as the fast growing demand and saleable in libraries. Public readers consider biography as one of the most pleasant type of historical writing. Some of the salable biographies are coming from notable people such as athletes, wartime leaders and government leaders and celebrities.
