El programa de prácticas en Psicología del Trabajo y de las Organizaciones (PTO) (1991-2003).

This paper describes a program developed by the Navarran Institute for Public Administration in the Navarran Government. The program is conceived as a two-year training internship targeted for junior psychologists. This training programs attempts to provide psychologists with a specialized knowledge and practical experience in the fields of personnel selection, human resources management and training, and the processes of organizational improvement. So, they will be enabled to handle the ever increasing demands both from public administration and the industry.
