The Bali roadmap: Climate change, COP 13 and beyond.

The article presents an overview of the thirteenth Conference of the Parties (COP 13), a conference on global environmental issues which was held in the Balinese resort village of Nusa Dua on December 3 to 15 in 2007. A discussion of a lack of involvement concerning environmental issues which was seen in U.S. representatives at the conference, and of the unwillingness of the U.S. to develop strategies which would slow or prevent global warming, is presented.
