Abstract
- Information about several papers discussed at the 2008 fib symposium held at the Meervaart conference center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on May 19-21, 2008. The event was warmly welcomed by Dick Stoelhorst, secretary of the Organising Committee. President Hans Rudolf Ganz introduced the newly elected President and Deputy President for 2009-2010. Attendees discussed topics which include life cycle design, underground structures and innovative materials.
