Total Synthesis of Cytotoxic Macrolide Amphidinolide B1 and the Proposed Structure of Amphidinolide B2 .

The article reports on the total synthesis of cytotoxic macrolide amphidinolide. The compound has gained interest in the synthetic community because of their potent cytotoxic activity against several cancer cell lines.
