Abstract

This article discusses cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and symptomatic eosinophilia in children. In these cases, the patients received chemotherapy and bone marrow transplants, with the eosinophilia coming from the donor marrow. These cases are described as a rare and aggressive variation in eosinophilia, and regular polymerase chain reaction testing of minimal residual disease (MRD) is recommended for these patients.
