- This article focuses on the court case Dukes v. Phillip Johnson/Alan Ritchie, Architects, P.C. The architects Phillip Johnson and Alan Ritchie that were working on the Fort Worth, Texas Water Gardens were pulled into the court case when 4 children drowned in the Active Water Pool, a water feature not intended for swimming.
