Bush Wins Ground at His Last G-8 Session.

The article reports that the July 2008 Group of Eight (G-8) Summit in Japan has proved to be U.S. President George W. Bush's most successful in terms of progress achieved on climate change, aid to Africa, and G-8 accountability measures.
