Abstract

The article focuses on changes which have been seen in governmental and consumers attitudes towards environmental justice as a result of an increase in awareness of global warming and climate change. An overview of climate related obligations and environmental policies that have been developed as a result of global warming is offered. A discussion of the scope and content of climate justice, and of the impact global and intergenerational democracy may have on climate change in the future, is presented.
