Abstract
- In this article the author examines the government policy on scientific research and environmental issues as advocated by the administration of U.S. president George W. Bush. It is suggested that science and research had been the victim of political meddling under that administration. The author documents incidents in which research conclusions were rejected for ideological and political reasons. INSET: Climate of Meddling.
