Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (leg type) after renal allograft.

This article presents a study regarding a 58-year-old Chinese man with a rapidly growing proliferative lesion on the left lower limb after three years of renal allograft. Physical examination revealed a slightly tender, reticular, erythematous, purplish red, focally indurated plaque with irregular borders on his left lower limb.
