Government and Diversity: A Snapshot of Hispanic Representation in State Government throughout the United States.

This paper examines the current representation of Hispanics in state government throughout the United States. The analysis explores Hispanic educational attainment in relation to representative bureaucracies in state government. The findings of this paper suggest further research to be conducted in explaining bureaucratic representation beyond Hispanic growth rates in demographics.
