The Baltics as Russia's Problem.

The article focuses on the Baltics. The collapse of the imperial statehood of Latvian Republic, the Baltics associated the political future with Russia wherein they elected deputies to the Constituent Assembly. After the World War II, the Baltic infrastructure was developing fast on the federal budget money at the expense of the territories of Russia for they were still getting money from these territories.
