Abstract
- The article focuses on several lawsuits that were filed against the Chinese General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) following the implementation of the Anti-Monopoly Law on August 1, 2008. The first lawsuit which was brought by four Beijing-based companies including Beijing Pan-Pass Information Technology Co. Ltd. and Orient Anti-Forgery Technology Co. Ltd. claims that AQSIQ is itself an administrative monopoly.
