Abstract

The article presents information on the research on paper transistors. The transistors were the work of Elvira Fortunato of the New University of Lisbon in Portugal and colleagues. It was built by coating both sides of a sheet of ordinary paper with metal oxides and then applying aluminum contacts onto the coated paper. The devices were produced at room temperature and tested for two months.
