Abstract

The article provides information on the study regarding large, clear cytoplasmic vacuolation. It recounts that solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) and pancreatic endocrine neoplasm (PEN) are considered uncommon neoplasm. It has been recognized through endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) samples from SPN nerves. It reveals that large, clear, cytoplasmic vacuoles can serve as a critical clue with which to distinguish SPN and PEN.
