Abstract
- The article examines the reasons and methods for how government intelligence agencies are able to successfully share intelligence about insurgency. Countries that have problems with armed opposition often create military and intelligence alliances with other countries. Particular attention is given to U.S. cooperation with South Vietnam in the 1960s and early 1970s.
