Abstract
- The article highlights historical information related to aerospace industries in the U.S. On November 23, 1983, cosmonauts Vladimir Lyakhov and Aleksandr Aleksandrov land safely after orbiting 150 days around the Earth. JetStar utility jet transport enters production for the Air Force at Lockheed's plant in Marietta on November 18, 1950. Aer Lingus Ltd. receives the first production Fokker F-27 twin turboprop airliner on November 1960.
