Abstract

Abstract: Intracerebral hemorrhage remote from the site of surgery is an infrequent complication after neurosurgical procedures. Cerebellar hemorrhage after supratentorial craniotomy is the most commonly described pattern of remote hemorrhage unknown by the anesthesiologist. It is linked with a frequent morbidity and mortality. We report a case of this complication after meningioma surgery with a favorable outcome. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
