RETROCESO O CONFUSIÓN?

The international socio-legal system was born principally as a measure taken by a set of states that were seeking to mitigate the political, economic, and cultural fractures that caused conflicts between them. This purpose overlooked the fact that the nature of each of these factors has different degrees of causation. The intention of the system is to be a dynamic order even though, presently, new realities have shown its failure and suggest the need for restructuring.
