Abstract
- The article discusses the impact and implication of international teacher migration and commonwealth protocol in Great Britain. According to the author, the country's organized migration and recruitment have become a recent phenomenon which depicts the shortage of teachers in industrialized states as well as provide valuable remittances in their homeland. It also cites the reasons on the increasing number of immigrant teacher which includes compensation and financial packages as well as benefits and opportunity to travel abroad.
