- After a juror fell ill and said she could not continue deliberating, a judge in Brooklyn declared a mistrial on Monday in the case of Lee Woods, one of three men charged with the killing of Officer Russel Timoshenko during a traffic stop last year. The juror, a woman in her 20s, complained of heart trouble last week, and visited a cardiologist over the weekend, according to Samuel J. Karliner, a lawyer for Mr. Woods. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
