Abstract
- The article highlights a meeting on ways of supporting the Russian banking system in the face of the financial crisis. The meeting produced several key decisions that should serve to increase the liquidity of Russia's lending institutions, including the amendment of legislation to simplify the procedure for recovering secured debt and the procedure for restructuring lending institutions.
