Former adviser sues Central Missouri State.

Reports that an ex-faculty adviser to the Central Missouri State University student newspaper in Warrensburg filed a lawsuit against the school's governing board and president. Barbara Lach-Smith's claim that she lost her job after the paper exposed a golden parachute contract for the outgoing president; President Bobby Patton's order for the reclassification of Lach-Smith's position and search for a replacement.
