Abstract
- The article reports that 20-year-old Horace Moore has been arrested by the New York Police District (NYPD) for killing 46-year-old bus driver Edwin Thomas in New York last December 1, 2008. Moore's arrest has allegedly been followed by his confession of the crime at the 81st Precinct. Other than this, Moore was also arrested earlier of 2008 as he was found to be possessing a blade of four or more inches.
