Abstract
- The article presents the views of some publishers on print and electronic galleys. Ron Charles, senior editor for the Washington Post Book World, believes paper galleys are safe. He reveals paper galleys help him and his fellow editors through the process of putting together the weekly book review. On the other hand, Lev Grossman, book critic for "Time" magazine, noted that he hated the experience of reading galleys. He thinks of them as horrible, crippled imitation of a book. But Grossman notes that e-galleys are inevitable as they make sense. INSET: Fictionwise/Overdrive Breakup.
