Careers advice fails to do the job.

The article discusses the quality of vocational guidance that is provided to employees in Great Britain. A survey from City and Guilds was given to 500 employees found that many did not receive any guidance or that they work in a different career than the one for which they trained. City and Guilds recommends that advice be given not only to the unemployed and to people at different career stages.
