Flights of Fancy.

The article reports on "The New Millenium Paper Airplane Contest" initiated by the artist Klara Hobza with the Public Art Fund. The contest took place at the World's Fair in Queens, New York. It also has five categories namely distance flown, duration aloft, beauty, surprise, and failure.
