Abstract
- The article reports on the growing demand for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The U.S. remains the most active producer of UAV as a result of its military operation in Afghanistan. U.S. companies hold more than 60% of the global market for UAV. Northrop Grumman predicts that its UAV sales will increase. UAV acquisitions by the U.S. Air Force are also cited.
