Abstract

This article presents a workout schedule that will lower memory-damaging amino acids and raise brain hormones that keep us focused. The workout should be done three times each week as follows: warm up by walking, jogging or cycling for 0-3 minutes; do walking lunges for 3-5 minutes; do more cardio exercise for 5-7 minutes; push-ups for 7-9 minutes; cardio exercise for 9-11 minutes; repeat the walking lunges and push-ups and cool down.
